ACTIVITY: BAD HABIT AT DRIVING

 Those actions that occur while driving that can become dangerous for you or other drivers, and can turn into fatal accidents.

some of these bad habits can be:

1) TEXT WHILE DRIVING

15% of injury crashes were the result of distracted driving. There is a 400% increase of time spent with eyes off the road while texting.

2) PASS IN NO-PASSING ZONE

When you see a no passing sign, it means that passing is not allowed. Before attempting to pass another vehicle, you must wait until you see a no passing sign or the end of the no passing zone; otherwise, an accident could occur.

3) TAILGATING

Tailgating means you are not keeping a safe distance to the vehicle in front and, as a result, increasing the chance of a collision should the other driver brake suddenly.

4) SPEEDING

Speeding greatly increases the severity of a collision. A high-speed collision is more likely to result in serious injury or death than a low-speed collision. Other dangerous driving behaviors can aggravate the crash risks posed by speeding

5) WEAVE THROUGH TRAFFIC

Weaving is a form of reckless and aggressive driving. Swerving between lanes and cutting off other drivers in traffic is dangerous and reckless behavior.

6) TALKING ON THE PHONT WHILE DRIVING

Part of the reason talking on a cellphone while driving is so dangerous is because our brains are physically incapable of giving 100% of our attention to more than one task. This means when you are driving and talking on the phone, you are splitting your attention between at least two activities—driving and talking.

7) DONT SINGNAL WHEN TURNING

By not utilizing a turn signal, other motorists do not know a driver's intentions. It will be hard to predict where a driver will turn or move, which can cause a serious collision. If a crash occurs, those involved are now subject to injuries and even death due to the accident.

those are some bad habits while driving, of course there are many more, and these would be the most popular ones so to speak.

ACTIVITY: PAST CONTINUOUS

 What did you do yesterday?

Well, yesterday I was studying a lot, because today I had 3 exams, I studied so much that I overslept, so I had to hurry and be ready to go to the university, luckily it is close to home so I did not take long to arrive and present the exams 1 by 1. In the morning I had a calculus exam, I managed to win it without much problem.

In the afternoon I had a statistics exam, I also won it without much trouble.

But in the evening I had a physics exam, I didn't study much about physics so I took the exam a little bit scared, but luckily I managed to win the physics exam and finally rest as I deserved it.

DESCRIBE AN ACCIDENT :0

A few years ago, I was with my father, he was driving on a busy road on his way to work when he suddenly heard a loud crash. I looked in the rearview mirror and saw that a car had hit the back of my father's car. my father pulled over to the side of the road and the other driver also stopped to check if we were okay. Fortunately, he had not been hurt, but the car had sustained significant damage. The other driver was driving too close to me and could not brake in time when my father had to slam on the brakes. luckily no one was hurt and the driver paid for the repairs to the car.

Holy week (USING WILL)

¿What will you do in holy week?

In Holy week I'll take a vacation to a beach destination this summer. I plan to relax on the sandy beaches of Santa Marta, soak up the sun, and swim in the warm waters. Additionally, I'ill try to go back to the gym to get back in shape. I'll also watch some of the series I have left to watch, I'll take a lot of pictures to capture the memories spending quality time with my family and friends. Overall, I am really excited and looking forward to enjoying my vacation :D
